Baseball
The Minnehaha baseball team has a long history and tradition of competition and excellence in Minnesota. We have been members of the Tri Metro conference since its beginnings in 1975. We have three teams: (Varsity, Junior Varsity, and 9th grade). The Varsity and Junior Varsity will play a 20 game schedule. The Varsity will compete in the 4AA section playoffs. All of our teams practice and play their games at Fort Snelling. We will have a pot luck dinner at the beginning of the season to introduce players and parents to the coaches and the baseball program. We also have a banquet at the end of the year to celebrate the season and give recognition and awards to the players. The Redhawk baseball program has developed into one of the most competitive programs in Class AA. During the last 6 seasons the program has consistently been ranked in the top 10 and have been Section 4AA runner ups 4 times. We have also won 4 of the last 6 Tri Metro Conference Championships including three in a row. This year, we will again compete to be one of the top programs.
