Welcome to Minnehaha Academy - a premier Christian school that is committed to academic excellence for students in preschool through twelfth grade. Serving students and families for nearly 100 years, our mission is to provide a high-quality education integrating Christian faith and learning.

Seeking to support the development of the whole child, Minnehaha partners with parents who are the primary educators of their children under God. Minnehaha’s comprehensive program offerings are designed to match students’ God-given talents and skills with extraordinary opportunities so that students might reach their utmost potential and positively impact their communities and the world. Minnehaha provides a nurturing and caring environment where students remain connected to the school long after they graduate.

Students in the Lower, Middle, and Upper schools are challenged with rigorous academic and co-curricular programs that prepare them to be strong communicators, develop keen critical thinking, and foster positive interpersonal skills. The high achievement on standardized tests by our students reflects Minnehaha’s emphasis on high-quality academics.

Our faculty consists of strong Christian role models and gifted subject-matter experts who incorporate a variety of instructional methods and strategies to meet the teaching and learning goals of students. Faculty enrich curriculum through the use of research-based activities such as cooperative learning, technology integration, problem solving, and project-based learning.
