Qualifications include:

  • Multi-task oriented
  • Enjoys children
  • Able to lift 20-30 pounds

Administrative Assistant for After School and Summer Programs
(approx. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm school-year; 7:30 am - 2:00 pm summers; benefits eligible)

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
  • Strong people skills to effectively interact with children, parents and staff in person and by phone
  • Strong self-initiative, flexibility and efficiency required
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently; will support Directors of both Extended Day and Summer Programs
  • Familiarity with billings & bookkeeping a plus

After School Supervisor
(3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, school days only)
Minnehaha Academy has a part-time staff opening for the 9-month school year:

Responsible for after school student supervision at the main entrance of our Lower/Middle School campus.

Qualifications include:

  • Dependable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Behavioral management skills; enjoys children
  • Past experience working with kids
