The Middle School has a Spanish opening beginning the 2013-2014 school year:
Spanish (33% of full-time)
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience successfully teaching Spanish
- Middle school experience preferred to teach 7th & 8th grade Spanish IA and IB
- Dedication to students’ learning
- Positive relationship-building with students, parents and colleagues
- State Licensure in Middle School Spanish

Minnehaha Academy's Extended Day Program has an immediate part-time opening available for a substitute.
Substitute Teacher – Extended Day Program: Our program is open Monday through Friday during the school year. The hours are 2:30 to 6 p.m. During school breaks there are also opportunities to work 4-6 hour shifts.
Qualifications include:
- Passion for working and playing with children
- Reliability and dependability
- Strong people skills to interact with the children, parents, and staff
- Minimum of one year experience working with children in a church, school, daycare, or camp setting preferred
- Ability to plan/implement age appropriate activities
- Ability to support and implement the missions of the school and Extended Day Program
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred

Minnehaha Academy has an immediate opening for a week-end custodian with light maintenance work.
Week-End Custodian: approximately 16 - 18 hours per week-end
Qualifications include:
- Dependability (Saturday and Sunday only, primarily daytime hours) (Some flexibility of hours will be required)
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience with floor/carpet care, general cleaning and light maintenance preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Have or willing to obtain Boiler Operator License is a plus
- Needs own transportation to drive between our North and South Campuses

The Extended Day Program at Minnehaha Academy has immediate openings for the 2012-2013 school year, which begins August 22, 2012:
High School-aged Teacher Aide: (3:15 - 6 p.m.) Monday-Friday during the school year with the option of 6-8 hour days available during school breaks.
